These Terms govern your use of p51marketing.com and your purchase of P51 Marketing products, including the RankView Scorecard & Strategic Plan. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
The RankView Scorecard & Strategic Plan ($197) includes a RankView scan of one keyword across your service area, an analysis of your top competitors, a 90-day strategic marketing plan, and a 45-minute delivery call. Optional add-ons (such as the Expansion Bundle and additional competitor or keyword scans) are described at checkout.
After purchase, you'll complete a short intake form and book your delivery call. We aim to hold your call within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form. Delays caused by an incomplete intake form or rescheduling extend that window.
You agree to provide accurate business information and to have authority to request analysis of the business you submit.
RankView shows your Google visibility at the time of the scan. Rankings change constantly and depend on factors we don't control, including Google's algorithms and competitor activity. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue result.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are due at checkout.

If you start a P51 Marketing retainer within 30 days of your delivery call, the $197 Scorecard price is credited toward it. The credit applies once per business, cannot be redeemed for cash, and does not apply to add-on purchases unless stated in writing.
Your Scorecard and plan are licensed to you for your own business use, including sharing with your team or another marketer. RankView, our methods, templates, and branding remain the property of P51 Marketing, Inc. You may not resell our materials.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, P51 Marketing's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
